Here are some of my favorite animations and flash movies. Don’t check these out at work — they all have music ;-)
- Four Singing Hourses
- Four cutesy cartoon horses form a funky quartet that seems to sound good no matter when each horse starts singing. Click on a horse to start/stop it. Via Miki.
- The Gaytrix
Starring Randy Duck as ‘Neo’
. A very funny take on the whole Matrix thang. My favorite line isI know kung-fu, doopdy doo!
. From Liquid Generation via Tim (I think).- Oh, Saddammy!
- While not quite so topical, this is still pretty funny — a good ole’ hoedown about why Dubya went to war in Iraq. Another one from Liquid Generation. They have some other good cartoons, but you’ll just have to find them — the site is a Flash nightmare.
- Weebl’s Badgers
- Dancing badgers relate to the good and bad things in life. It has a very funky song. Via Zeldman.
- HomeStar Runner
- All of this stuff is cool. I especially like StrongBad reading his email
- “I’m Steve, and I’m a Super-villan”
- Steve describes why Linux is the obvious choice for discerning super-villans everywhere. His description of why Linux is so easy is great, but it doesn’t top those “gorgeous Fem-bots with a pechant for evil”. Übergeek has some other great animations too. Via Rudolf.
