Proving that reality TV knows no bounds, Sky One in the UK has produced There’s Something About Miriam — a show in which six red-blooded British lads compete for the attentions of a beautiful South American woman, who happens to be a pre-operation transsexual. This fascinating-sounding program just seems too brutal to be true. The show won’t be aired at present due to a legal threat from the six men, alleging defamation, breach of contract, personal injury and conspiracy to commit sexual assault

. How does a man kissing a transsexual thinking she’s a woman become the transsexual sexually assaulting him? I wonder if other transsexuals will find this degrading, or the reactions of the six men sad? Update: The lads in question tried to sue to prevent the show airing, but the lawsuit is settled and it’s on the air, at least on Sky One in the UK. The Sun has a bunch of photos of Miriam about town, plus topless and as a boy. I’ll add a photo to stop it disappearing into Sun’s archives like the previous link…
